Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. You can request a refund or a credit towards a future class. Cancellations must be made by phone. We understand there are last minute emergencies - if you need to cancel within the 48-hour cancellation time-frame due to an emergency, we can offer you a class credit (you MUST call before the class to receive the credit). We are sorry, but we cannot give refunds or class credit for No Shows as we have saved your spot. Thank you in advance for your respect of our reservation policy.
COVID Cancellation Policy:
If you have any symptoms of COVID we ask that you cancel immediately. We will follow our cancellation timing, and offer a class credit if you cancel within 48 hours of the class. Thank you in advance for your respect of our COVID policy and keeping our painters and staff safe.
